- Step 1 Create Your Account
- Fill out the customer registration information and then select the register button once complete.
- Step 2 Request your VerifyReg™ VMark
- Select the VerifyReg™ VMark and add to cart. NOTE: If you are an AIM member, enter your AIM Member Code, which is located at the top right of the Web page. Contact the Program Manager if you are unsure what your code is.
- Step 3 Enter Your NDC Packaging Code information
You will need information from your products NDC Package Number as well as an images of your Linear Barcode and 2D Data Matrix.
- Step 4 Review and Complete Purchase
- A page will appear with all the details you entered and the final price for the VerifyReg™ VMark. Please review all the information to make sure it is correct. If everything is correct, proceed to the checkout.
- Step 5 Confirm Order
- After you checkout, a payment page will appear. Ensure your address is correct or add a new delivery/billing address if necessary. Make sure to then check that you reviewed our terms and conditions NOTE: If you are an AIM member, enter your AIM Member Code in the promotion code section for your discount. Contact the Program Manager or +1 724.742.4470 if you are unsure what your code is. After you review the price please make your payment and confirm order.Once payment is complete, you will receive an e-mail from mike@verifyreg.org with your order number and other purchase information. Then, mail a physical copy of your label and/or package to:AIM Global100 Allegheny DriveSuite 105CWarrendale, PA 15086 USADO NOT MAIL YOUR PRODUCT / DRUG with your sample label/package. If anything other than the label/package is received, we will not do any of the verification process!
